ChatGPT CSV and Excel File Plugin - Terms of Use

This document outlines the terms of use for the ChatGPT CSV and Excel File Plugin ("the Plugin"). By using the Plugin, you agree to these terms.

Responsibility: The Plugin is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. Neither the creators of the Plugin, nor OpenAI, are responsible for any issues, damages, or losses that may arise from your use of the Plugin. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, incorrect data generation, or any other technical issues.

Data Deletion: All files generated by the Plugin will be automatically deleted from our servers within 30 minutes of creation. It is your responsibility to download and save any files you wish to keep within this time frame. Neither the creators of the Plugin, nor OpenAI, are responsible for any data loss that may occur due to automatic deletion.

Data Privacy: The Plugin does not store or share any of your data. All data used in the Plugin is processed solely for the purpose of generating the requested CSV or Excel file. Once the file is deleted, the data is no longer accessible.

Usage: The Plugin is intended for the generation of CSV and Excel files based on the data you provide. Any misuse of the Plugin, including attempts to generate inappropriate or illegal content, is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms: These terms of use may be updated or changed at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.
